This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased for Stagify, operated by Timur Kozmenko.
1. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the Service was not delivered due to technical issues or other errors on our side. Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs, as results may vary by design.
2. Subscriptions and Cancellations
Recurring Payments:
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Refunds are only available for the most recent payment and only under the conditions described in Section 1.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew. You will retain access to any remaining credits or features until the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time.

Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle.
4. Chargebacks
If you experience an issue, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback with your bank without contacting us may delay resolution. Paddle handles all payment disputes in accordance with their policies.
